1. Standard Warranty
- Coverage Period: All Ezra Tech products come with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for warranty coverage, products must be purchased directly from Ezra Tech or an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Extended Warranty
- Optional Coverage: Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty for an additional 1 or 2 years of coverage. Extended warranty plans can be added at the time of purchase or within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Benefits: The extended warranty provides continued coverage for defects in materials and workmanship, offering peace of mind and added protection for your investment.
3. Warranty Coverage
- What’s Covered: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Hardware malfunctions
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures
- What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills)
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents)
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Software issues
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Initiating a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at warranty@ezratechnicalsolutions.com. Provide your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered under warranty, Ezra Tech will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit. We strive to complete repairs or replacements as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers.
- Shipping Costs: During the standard warranty period, Ezra Tech will cover the cost of shipping the defective product to our service center and the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. For extended warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
- Third-Party Products: This warranty does not apply to third-party products sold by Ezra Tech. Third-party products are subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturers.
- International Warranty: Warranty coverage is applicable only in the country where the product was originally purchased. International warranty claims are subject to additional terms and conditions.
